Mechanism of Action :

Paracetamol prevents the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that constricts small blood vessels and relieves congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic. It provides relief from allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine that alleviates allergy symptoms such as a runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
