Aclozest-TA Tablets is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to reduce pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It may also be used to relieve fever, muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Mechanism of Action :

Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID).Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (very strong pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower the pain perception. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) as well as an antipyretic (fever reducer). Together, both of them work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain.
