Clindamycin Phosphate 1.2% & Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% or 5% Gel is a prescription topical medication designed to treat acne vulgaris by killing Cutibacterium acnes bacteria, reducing inflammation, and unclogging pores. It combines a lincosamide antibiotic with an oxidizing agent to reduce sebum and prevent bacterial resistance.
