Product Description :
Telmisartan + Metoprolol Succinate is used in the treatment of Hypertension (high blood pressure).
Working Mechanism :
Telmisartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that helps relax blood vessels to lower blood pressure. It works by blocking the action of angiotensin II, a hormone that narrows blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. Metoprolol is a beta-blocker that blocks the effects of adrenaline on the heart and blood vessels. It slows down the heart rate, reduces the force of contraction of the heart muscle, and lowers blood pressure.
