Mechanism of Action :
Buclizine is a piperazine antihistamine with antimuscarinic and moderate sedative properties. It is used mainly for its antiemetic action and in the treatment of migraine in combination with Nonsteroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs).
