Taurine 500 mg & Acetylcysteine 150 mg is a combination medication containing two antioxidants used primarily to treat diabetic kidney disease (diabetic nephropathy) and chronic kidney disease (CKD). It works by protecting kidneys from free radical damage, lowering oxidative stress, and slowing the progression of microalbuminuria (urine protein loss).
