    • Ventilator associated pneumonia
    • Bacteremia caused by MDR bacteria
    • Aerobic gram negative microorganisms such as Enterobacter aerogenes
    • E.coli
    • K. pneumonia
    • Pseudomonas aeruginosa
    • Intra-abdominal Infections
    In critically ill patient loading dose of 9 MIU should be administered. Maintenance dose of 9 MIU/day in 2 to 3 divided doses. or as directed by Physician
