- Seizures | Focal (partial) seizures
- To reduce the occurrence of epileptic episodes
- Add-on therapy for bipolar disorder
Epilepsy - 300 mg to 1200 mg orally twice a day
Adjunctive therapy - 300 mg twice daily
Increased by increments of upto 600 mg a day at approx, wekly intervals
Maintenance dose - 300 mg to 1200 mg orally twice daily or as directed by Physician
