Acotiamide 100 mg is a prescription gastroprokinetic agent used to treat functional dyspepsia (chronic indigestion), specifically postprandial fullness, early satiety, and upper abdominal pain. It improves stomach motility and accelerates gastric emptying by increasing acetylcholine levels, usually taken 100 mg three times daily before meals.
