Mechanism of Action :
Voglibose inhibits the absorption of carbohydrates in the small intestine, thereby helping to control postprandial blood sugar spikes. Glimipride a sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin, helping to lower blood sugar levels.Metformin reduces the amount of glucose produced by the liver and increases insulin sensitivity in the muscles, enhancing glucose uptake and lowering blood sugar levels.
